A design studio that also builds

Kreyo is a design and turnkey solutions studio based in Dubai. We plan, design and build restaurants, bars, hotels, offices, showrooms and homes across the MENA region and Europe, and we take on masterplans and architecture for mixed-use and residential developments.

The studio was set up to close a familiar gap: the distance between an approved design and the venue that opens months later. Interior design, MEP coordination, joinery, fit-out and project management sit in one team and, where the client wants it, in one contract. The people who draw the details are the people who answer for them on site.

Our work includes award-winning venues delivered for international operators and celebrity-chef brands, among them Jean-Georges at Four Seasons Resort Dubai, Jamie's Italian and Taste of Italy by Heinz Beck, and multi-outlet rollouts for food and beverage groups across the GCC.

The team brings together architects, interior designers, engineers and site managers with practical experience in Europe and the MENA region, gained in award-winning practices before joining Kreyo.
