Design and turnkey delivery in one contract

Most hospitality projects lose time and money between the approved design and what gets built. Kreyo keeps design, joinery, fit-out and project management in one team so that gap does not open.

01

Design

Architecture, interiors and masterplans, from the first sketch to the technical set.

Concept, space planning and detailing for restaurants, bars, hotels, offices, showrooms, villas and mixed-use developments. Every design is drawn by the same team that will later build it, so what you approve is what gets priced and installed.

Build

Main contracting and turnkey fit-out, with our own joinery and site supervision.

One contract covers the fit-out from mobilisation to handover: MEP coordination, joinery and millwork from our own workshop, procurement, programme and cost control, and daily supervision on site. Multi-outlet rollouts across the GCC are run the same way, venue after venue.

  • Main contracting and turnkey fit-out

  • Site supervision and QA/QC
  • MEP coordination

Advisory

Project management and development advice for owners and operators.

For clients who hold the design and construction contracts themselves, Kreyo acts as the owner’s representative: coordinating consultants, contractors and suppliers, protecting the design intent, and keeping quality, cost and programme in view from pre-construction and tendering through execution and handover.

How we work

From brief to handover

  1. Brief and site study

We visit the site, read the lease and operator requirements, and agree the budget range and programme before drawing.

  2. Concept and visualisation

Sketches, massing and light studies, materials and palette, then a plan and visuals you can sign off.

  3. Technical design and costing

Detailed drawings, MEP coordination and a priced bill of quantities, so the design and the number move together.

  4. Fit-out and supervision

Joinery from our workshop, procurement, authority approvals and daily site supervision under one contract.

  5. Handover and snagging

Testing and commissioning, snag lists closed, as-built drawings and operation manuals handed to your team.
